For those unaware, everyone who pre-orders one of the NBA 2K23 special Editions (Michael Jordan / Championship) will receive bonuses.

NBA 2K23 DREAMER Edition
Adjoined with the different pre-order packages, revealed by 2K themselves on September 1st, 2022 was the announcement of the DREAMER Edition.
This edition however, will be a a Game Stop exclusive and is expected to be in retailers only.
The cover edition is described as follow:
“NBA 2Khas long been a place to discover new musical talent through their game and continues to be a gold standard for showcasing all things basketball culture,” said J. Cole. “It’s been an amazing journey to not only appear on a cover of this year’s game, but to be part of the MyCAREER storyline, soundtrack and bring the DREAMER brand intoNBA 2K. There’s also more to come, so watch out for all things Dreamville and DREAMER brand drops during Seasons and for Bas and Elite in this year’s MyCAREER story.”
2K did announce that there will be a WNBA 2K23 Edition featuring Diana Taurasi and Sue Birdon the cover. The pair have won 7 championships and 10 gold medals between them.
Pre-orders for all editions have been available for several weeks, and 2K is going to donate $100,000 to @everykidsports to increase access to youth basketball programs for over 550 girls from income-restricted families.

Pre-orders for NBA 2K23 went live on the 7th of July, 2022.
Pre-orders went live in the UK at the same time as everywhere else the game is available.

The base price of the Standard Edition will be £69.99.
The Michael Jordan Edition will cost £89.99.

Will there be a last-gen version of NBA 2K23?
Yes – NBA 2K23 will be on last-gen consoles – PS4 and Xbox, the official trailer confirmed.
This has divided some fans early on the NBA2K Reddit, with one writing: “Looks like another year on Current Gen for the PC community”.
Will the PC version of NBA 2K23 receive the next-gen upgrades?
Unfortunately, it looks as though NBA 2K23 on the PC platform is still going to be the previous-gen version.
The PC and Nintendo Switch platforms won’t receive the next-gen upgrades we see on the Xbox Series X and PS5 version, despite popular demand.
